Marilyn’s love of singing started in college where she was in the Hamilton College Choir and the College Hill Singers.  Subsequently she sang with the Macalester FestivalChorale. Marilyn and her husband, Chris, moved to Stillwater because of the exceptional music program in the school district. Their three children played in the band and sang in the choir and she was an active volunteer. She is currently in her 14th year with the Valley Chamber Chorale in Stillwater and has served as President of their board. She continues to give back to the Stillwater community and joined the St. Croix Valley Opera Board this past year. She and Chris live in Stillwater with their dog, Maela. Their 3 children are now young adults.
